HOW TO USE
The recipient of the Gift Voucher should contact our guesthouse directly at info@zoisapartments.com to make a reservation. The Gift Voucher value will be applied to the total reservation cost, and the recipient will only need to pay the remaining balance. Please note that all reservations are subject to availability.
EXPIRATION DATE
The Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase/received payment.
NON-RETURNABLE
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
NO LIABILITY, LOST OR STOLEN CARDS
Treat your Gift Voucher like cash. Zois Apartments and Burja Hotels are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Vouchers. If your voucher is lost or stolen, contact Zois Apartments immediately. The voucher will be canceled, and a new one will be issued only with the original purchase invoice.
